  • Supported by Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) in collaboration with the Fulbright Foundation: "Collaborative research and postgraduate student mentoring in the field of graphene reinforced nanocomposite materials, design and optimization, enhanced with shunted piezoelectric components, using functionally graded concepts and innovative optimization techniques"

  • Total Budget: 12 160.00€. The Grant is allocated for the following mobilities: 
  • - 1 student mobility from UKZN to TUC for a period of 3 months 
  • - 1 student mobility from TUC to UKZN for a period of 3 months 
  • - 1 staff member mobility from UKZN to TUC for a period of 7 days (2 days of travel + 5 days of teaching)
  • - 1 staff member mobility from TUC to UKZN for a period of 7 days (2 days of travel + 5 days of teaching)
  • Description: The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program supports students and staff for international visits between a sending and a receiving institution. The applicants must be staff members and students that are enrolled at the Partner Universities. Partner Universities are the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), Durban, South Africa and the Technical University of Crete (TUC), Greece. In the required documents are included an application, a CV and passport-ID copy.

  • Total Budget: 6 960.00€ (Grant allocated for 1 student mobility: 3 220.00 € for a period of three months)
  • Description: The Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility Program supports students and staff for international visits between a sending and a receiving institution. The applicants must be staff members and students that are enrolled at the Partner Universities. Partner Universities are the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN), Durban, South Africa and the Technical University of Crete (TUC), Greece. One student outbound mobility from UKZN to TUC will take place. For participation in the program, it is prerequisite that students should be UKZN undergraduate or postgraduate members. In the required documents are included an application, a CV and passport-ID copy. The duration of the mobility is three months.
